All shipping cost will be clearly indicated upon check out.

After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Within 5-7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).

We aims to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.

We aims to deliver within 7 working days from order made.

We order cut off time shall be 11.00AM daily. Any order made after 11.00AM shall be processed on the following working day. Should the order fall on Friday, the next working day shall be on Monday.

We always aim to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any Order. We accept but cannot guarantee the firm delivery dates.

We shall aim to let you know if We is unable to meet the estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Please note that We only deliver orders within states in Peninsular Malaysia, excluding Sabah & Sarawak.

We delivers in our standard packaging which provide the necessary protection to protect the order, any special packaging is not applicable.

We shall ensure the order is in good and presentable condition before the Product is being shipped out.

You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements.
